• Hire and prep public relations person (who is the point person for this?)
• Work on better interpersonal communications (Riley still needs communications email address and PR regarding his position)
• Assign one individual to be the Technology head for the Hack Factory to handle all network and computer issues. This individual can have a team to assist but under the direction of the department head.
• Research re-branding of TC Maker to Hack Factory, only go forward if the member base is looking for this too.
• Member pages on Wiki (see Jude's page as example) This could be the new member wall.

• Plan group events for the board that do not involve the stress of board managment tasks. A happy hour not at work (HF).

• Make a budget, and post it on the Wood Shop home page.
• Update tool inventory.

• Make a budget, and post it on the Electronics and Common Areas home page.

• Sort and organize electronic components.

Ticket documentation completed and ticket system is now up and runing.

• Create templates for Wood, Metal, and Other parking tickets and permits and put them on their respective pages- ideally make it printable from the Wiki- no PDF. This would allow shop heads to easily update as necessary.
