Even though it is not "project time" the transitions across some space is a great selling point of our space, sorta "look at all the room we have" without announcing that.

But making Jwb run every 30 seconds between while filling in with commentary may take some pre-planned transition.

Since it is such a nice day, and we still have some light at 8pm this time of year, should we not start outside and show off the artillery?

Just a thought, I hope to be there early to help with setup and whatever else needs help.

I started typing a reply here 3 times, then decided I had to stop.

Trust me, all 3 were witty, at least as far as I was amused.

John, how early can we get a test call up? Here's what I'm thinking: we get a test call in somewhere between 6 and 7pm. Meeting starts at 7, and we schedule a break from 8 - 8.30 for Make:.

jwb,

Any update on this, do you have your highlights / projects / content choosen? Do you need any help? Do you plan to make an announcement and call for quiet over the PA?

And last but not least do you have a plan to work around the meeting?

Happy to help, but could use a heads up and some direction.

Pete
