Hey, I've noticed that on two of my computers, the red PayPal buttons on our blog do not work in Internet Explorer 8 or 9, though they work in the Firefox browser.

Can anyone else confirm malfunctions in IE? If this problem is not specific to my computers, we'll need to fix this.

I've got 1 collaborating failure to report, not my machine or network, but I don't run into block sites from this location ever really, and I.E. 7 definately fails. By which I mean, I click the paypall button and absolutely nothing happens, I can investigate cookie, settings etc, if that will help track things down. Who's got point on the IE PayPall problem?

Actually, now that you mention it, something is screwy with those buttons. In Firefox, clicking one of the buttons opens two new paypal tabs. They're both identical, but one will work, and the other will give an error when attempting to sign in to paypal. Bad Javascript that breaks differently on FF and IE?

I'm getting good behavior in Firefox 4, only one window. Brandon informs me "we're going to do something different" for buttons and we can remove them. Perhaps we can just put links for now in place of the buttons, to open in a separate window. If an admin wants to do this sort of thing during the day today I'm OK with that, otherwise I will only have time to deal with this later in the evening today.
