Handy looking welding positionng cart / table currently $1

Welding folks,

This looks like it could be extremely handy for holding pieces for butt welding, right angles 45s etc, its on like a creeper stlye wheel setup and has height and many other articulation points so you can work at a comfortable height and angle, is there interest? If so and you are willing to put money in say how much, things can go up when the auction starts to close, which in this case is Thursday morning.
