imho they need to know 4 weeks out that they've confirmed, so 5 weeks out we need to be selecting them. how far out are we now?

Ok, so... submissions due march 1? Odds are well get folks calling later to add, is that too short? We just want a photo or 2 and a blurb from them yes?

I would say one week would be the minimum amount of planning. So all the artists need to be found, picked and notified in the next few weeks?

ok so juried deadline for submission march 19th, we'll notify folks of acceptance/waitlist on the 26th, that gives them 2 weeks notice they're in. we can always add mroe bodies if we're short. that cool with everyone?
