This thread is for discussion of the timeline we need to keep for exhibitor communications and jury review. We're on a short schedule, so this information is among the first pieces we need to establish!

Ok, so... submissions due march 1? Odds are well get folks calling later to add, is that too short? We just want a photo or 2 and a blurb from them yes?

I would say one week would be the minimum amount of planning. So all the artists need to be found, picked and notified in the next few weeks? Thats gonna come quick.

ok so juried deadline for submission march 19th, we'll notify folks of acceptance/waitlist on the 26th, that gives them 2 weeks notice they're in. we can always add mroe bodies if we're short. that cool with everyone?
now we need to sus out how many exhibitors we can squeeze in. starting a new thread
