Make had a cool article on building one awhile back. I keep loosing the damn hard copies. I have done some of this with different software that was in beta awhile back. It's cool stuff, but you need a hi-res camera to get a model with enough resolution. I didn't have a HD camera of any type so I was somewhat limited. If anybody wants to build one I'd be up to help, go to find that issue of Make.
