I've heard a couple of members wondering about our financial status; here's an update as of a couple of days ago:
Active members this month: 34 (at a minimum of $50 each) Members who paid in February but not March: 8 Members who paid in March but not February: 3 TC Maker starting balance: $1813.30 YTD membership dues collected: $6475.47 YTD program revenue: $400 YTD facilities expense: ($4322.77) ($1700/month going forward) YTD insurance expense: ($506.37) (annual premium) YTD misc expense: ($56.19) YTD class expense: ($352.14) Minne-faire expense: ($1154.37) --------------------------------- Total current balance: $2296.93
Thanks to Brandon for pulling this information together. Starting at the end of April, we'll try and put together a monthly status update with the above information in it. If you have questions, feel free to ask.

What is "Program Revenue"?
What about the donation boxes? I know there was money being put into those.

"Program revenue" is (I believe; Brandon can correct me if I'm wrong) class fees. This is money from the welding class, if I'm not mistaken, much of which was funneled right back into equipment (welding masks) for the class itself.
As for the donation boxes, I'm not sure where that ended up; likewise with the monies collected for sales of snacks at Minne-faire. I suspect it's hiding in "dues"- Brandon, care to clarify?
