I just called Brooklyn Park to find out if there is 'lectricity available.
The person I spoke to in Parks & Rec said there is ONE outlet available outside of the
pavilion we have rented.

Is anyone else bringing anything that may need to be plugged in?

I will try to bring an extension cord and power strip.

Also, I am planning on bringing some paper plates, utensils, and napkins.

Anyone have name tags to bring? Can anyone print flyers or wallet cards to give out? I have a collapsible plastic table to bring that we could use for these items or for food.

I've got some mailing labels that can be used as name tags. I'll throw them in the bag with a sharpie, just in case.
