Is $0.625 per sq. ft. a month ($7.50/sq.ft./year) a good rate for commercial space? Is it better than what we are paying now?
At the annual meeting last weekend (3/31/12) it was mentioned that we probably couldn't get any more space in the building we are in because the main tenant just invested a lot in redoing their office and probably won't be leaving or reducing operations.
I also noted that we spend a lot for rent, but I can't remember the exact number. What is the square footage for the Hack Factory? What do we pay per square foot?
Also, I noticed that there was a "For Rent" sign on the building next door at 3105 E. 26th St., Minneapolis, MN 55406
I did a little research and found this listing for it on Craigslist:
