New CAD??

Got this from one of the mailing lists I'm subscribed to.

I have a copy on my Mac. It's a well-polished package, and seems pretty powerful. Though I've got no CAD background, so I can't really say for sure...

Thanks for the heads-up, I installed it on my Mac today. I'm a little disappointed it's only 2D CAD, but it seems a useful platform for learning the basics, at the very least.

If you're somebody who has some Python skills, you might want to look at FreeCAD.

Post is a retread, info's in the Wiki, it may be out of date by now, feel free to update it, interesting software, but not what I need, now if they'd thrown in the CAM capabilities we'd have something really cool.
