Ha got you to open this. Last weekend a bunch of us made the second push of cleaning up the space. We have a number of events coming up in sept and want to look our best. The following images were identified as object/projects that need to be dealt with. The basic problem is that we have no work surfaces to actually work on a projects due to something being stored on all the tables. Please help these items find a home (not here) or they will be put out of their neglected misery. If you have a good reason why the item in question should stay, please state your case in this thread. Basically we identified large objects that have questionable value and take up a lot of space. Or items that are only good for stripping components from. And please keep it civil - this was a group call that these items should go/be cleaned up/get finished and taken home. Attachment:

Pic tv1.jpg, the dis mantled DLP set in the metal area, I had hoped to ask our shop manager if he had ever found a cause for its lack of picture.. But my guess is that is is a parts box now. ( I will take it apart if nobody wants it, and dispose of the parts as it was/is mine)
The laser printer under the rack, printer.jpg is a working color laser printer, and if it is not needed at the HF, somebody help me load it up, I can bring it down to FreeGeek. (it just needs a parallel port cable and it is good to go, but it weighs a ton)

If no one else has a use for the TV mixer and control boards, I'd like to strip some of the parts out of them. There are some super-nice buttons and wipers in there.
The "things" (things.jpg) are an AT&T phone system -- Merlin, IIRC. I don't remember seeing any phones to match, so the brainboxes are pretty useless.

Someone was saying that because of proprietary connections and basically being severely obsolete, they were only really good for that.

the drafting table is mine, and i've been having transit problems getting it home. if anyone would like to help me get it to NE mpls sometime soon it'd be much appreciated. it weighs a good bit, needs a decent truck to move, and 1-2 strong bodies to lower it to ground once we get it to my garage.

I can help move it tomorrow. Maybe we can round up some folks for a quick drop off run sometime tomorrow evening?
