3119 East 26th St, Minneapolis

This is Matt Ebersviller, newbie from the meeting last night. The space I was talking about is at 3119 East 26th Street in Minneapolis. The landlord has confirmed that he can give a tour on Saturday (12/5) at 11:00AM. So I can get an idea of how many to let him expect, please respond if you're interested

Matt, thanks for bringing the exciting news to our meeting last night, that you may have found an affordable/doable prospect for leasing a workshop space! Definitely count me in on this tour!

Hey, after the tour, could we possibly have lunch at the nearby Denny's Restaurant on the NE corner of 27th and Lake? I affectionately call this restaurant "Podenny's" (or "Po' Denny's"), since the building previously housed a longstanding office supply store called "Podanny's."

Yes, a library is just a block or two east on Lake Street. Also close by are Target, Radio Shack, Walgreens, McDonald's, Wendy's, a Mexican restaurant, etc., and the light rail line along Hiawatha Avenue.

I'm in for the tour at least.

Note that the number 9 bus goes within a block of this site, and if you go in either direction it will take you to a light rail station pretty quick (Franklin or 46th). Also, the 9 goes downtown.

OK folks, initially I had in my head that this was on 26th Avenue, not 26th STREET. Still close to the Lake St. businesses I mentioned, but just so we're all clear, here now is a link to the Google Map for this location.
