Looking through the past images of the Fair, it soon becomes apparent we need to do a much better job of documenting and producing.
For the coming Fair I'd like to see:
A dedicated Roadie to setup and run the audio for the performers.
A Video Stream and capture.
A image coordinator.
The Fair is a resource we can mine for the rest of the year if we have the audio and visuals.

As far as I know, Scott's Canon GL-1 camcorder is still in one of the front closets, so someone should definitely make use of it during the Faire. There should be a box of brand new 60-minute DV tapes in the case with it. If not, I've got another box of tapes.
