i'm inclined to offer several stock sizes for exhibitors, with and w/o tables (some may bring their own thingy)
last year we had a big tcm booth in the tools area, exhibits along the long wall, and a few around the perimiter of the dock and metal area, but i don't think anythign in the classroom.
given that we've gotta cram the tools somewhere, i'd suggest we put them in the tools area, against the woodshop wall, and mask the tools area with the welding screen, hiding metal tools back against the walls, but visible. put the tcm booth in front of metal, pop out a window in the office for food vending (lets get not turkey dogs this year) and most exhibitors along the long wall, and vendors in the classroom.
from that, we can sus out how many linear feet of tables we have along the long wall, can put anything BIG in the dock, and can do vendors in one section
thoughts?

That sounds like a good plan to me.
One question.. that space on the other side of the fence, that we're NOT going to expand into, is there any chance they'd let us park some rollable stuff in there for the duration of the event?
It strikes me that that would give us a lot more space to play with for everything.
Is Barry the guy to ask, if we wanted to ask?
Real dogs sounds like the way to go. For my day to day consumption, I always buy turkey dogs, but for a special occasion, I like the ones made with allllll the parts of the cow.
