They made it solid in the middle, so it must be pretty heavy. It could be hollowed out a bit.

Holy crap, I looked at how they built it, you could park a car on that thing, I concur jim, it could have lots of empty space instead and do just fine.

Let's keep that in mind for the ATMega ottoman.
