So, St Louis Park has had a lot of trouble w/ their solar powered wireless program, as illustrated here:

I can't find any info about any further progress on this on the city's website: www.stlouispark.org/ They do, however, still have all of the transmitters setup around the city. Does anyone know how we might be able to get in contact w/ SLP about this? I'm wondering what is being done w/ these and if they might be a source of cheap solar panels for the club. Think of the projects we could do w/ these...

Looks like SLP is dropping the contractor they originally chose for the project (and suing them). They're not scrapping the whole idea, they just want somebody who can deliver results. So they probably won't be unloading what they already have of the system.

I just think that even if they get another contractor to do it, it will require different equipment.

If not, who wants to go on a night stealth mission?

I used to do that a lot. Never to steal stuff, though.
