What would you like to learn in a leatherworking class?

Postby FrankManic » Thu Jul 03, 2014 10:47 am

I'm going to set up a few more leatherworking classes in the near future and I'm curious what people would like to learn. So far the format has been to build a specific object (bracelet, dog collar) and learn the skills needed to do so while doing.

Other potential projects include things like flask holsters, hats, belts, guitar straps, and so forth.

What would you like to learn how to make?

And while we're on the topic - I'd love to have full classes. Any suggestions as to where I could advertise my classes to get more interest and fill more seats?

I would love to learn how to make leather armor. I know I need to learn the basics first, but learning how to make a leather curaiss/tunique would be cool.
Instructables is my crack.

You can't have Success without the suck.

Too many irons, not enough fire.
