Hey folks!

Just sending out an update about our 501(c)3 filing. We are almost there, we have the last bits of paper work ready and the last piece we need from the member community is at least $400 to file our form. We were able to raise $400 on give to the max day, and need a total of $800 to send in with our paperwork for the 501(c)3 application.

If people have a few spare dollars this month, we would really like to get this paper work in, but are in need of some funding from the community and our members.

To donate check out Give MN site, where you can donate funds in a tax deductible form right now, or send us a one-time donation via PayPal, to help us achieve this goal. This Spring Board donations is currently tax deductible, and once our paper work is processed, the PayPal donations (not member dues) will be as well. count me in (@ $100)! this NEEDS to happens. I think we may get some of that machinery we so want, when we can have donations of "hard goods" be tax deductible.

As a point of clarity, donations of physical stuff IS currently tax deductible through Springboard for the Arts.
