That is extremely cool. It didn't show how they sealed the control interface into a manufactured finish. That was my favorite part.

It looks like the thick, textured paint might be structural.

Ditto, they go from rough glued to 'a miracle occurs' and they have a perfect finish. What would bond plastic like that? Some form of epoxy? Must have been sandable. I'm sure there was a final coat of something, I just want to know what they filled all the holes in with.
