I took a look at the "Metasploit - The Penetration Tester's Guide" by David Kennedy, Jim O'Gorman, Devon Kearns, Mati Aharoni.
This is a good introductory guide for someone starting in pentesting. It provides some good context to steps and the technologies in pentesting with Metasploit. It could also help round out the skills or be a good reference guide for more experienced testers.
