CoCo Sign project

Postby cgallaty » Wed Jul 13, 2011 1:04 pm

For those not doing the Google+ thing, I went over to take a look at the new Mpls space in the old Grain Exchange main floor. They have a really big, really kewl wall of old skool mechanical signage. I spoke with Don Ball there, and he is really keen on CoCo working with TC Maker to get the sign going again. He was also very open to working with TC Maker on other collaborative projects.

Don said that there were some spare panels. I was going to try and get a hold of one to bring over to the space and figure out the best way to get things going again. Its going to require a bit of a redesign of the system, but a lot of fun and something that should be right up our alley.

I'll be at the Space tonight if folks want to chat about what we saw.
