Opportunity: A space you could park a bus in

Postby Thorpedo » Wed Sep 26, 2012 4:24 pm

Once in a blue moon opportunity for some really cheap space about 50 miles from the twin cities. There is owner financing available, so if we got five or six people to go in on it, it would probably cost each person around $300, equal shares. I'll be in the Hack Factory tonight (9/26) if anyone wants the details.

I came across an opportunity to acquire an older steel building, over 10,000 sq. ft. I think. Probably won't last long. I figured I could possibly use it for storage for an camper, a boat, and for larger projects such as a weekend manufacturing line. Maybe build some sets and shoot a Star Trek fan film? The actual inside ground level parking space is about 20 ft x 100ft and the rest of the space is on two levels, basement and upper (above ground). There is also a lot of parking space outside.

Since I could only use a fraction of this space myself, I figured that I could open the opportunity up to others if they are interested in going in on it.

Is this blue moon still in phase? I may be in for a share, if you can come up with a few other participants.

Alas, since it is an hour away north of the cities in rural MN, it did not meet people's needs.
