Shall we suspend the Bylaws' two-week notice clause for making modifications to the Bylaws, just for this evening, so that we may make modifications to the Bylaws this evening? -- passed unanimously

Insert the new Article I, provided by Mike H? -- passed unanimously
(PLEASE NOTE THAT I HAVE ADDED THE UPDATED AND APPROVED BYLAWS TO THE WIKI. The formatting is still a bit wonky, with the left-to-right scrollbar at the bottom, but it's all there. - Theo)

It was suggested that we add the Bylaws to Google Docs (twincitiesmaker).

Shall the Articles of Incorporation as presented and amended at this meeting be adopted? -- passed unanimously

Shall the Articles of Incorporation and Bylaws be filed with the Minnesota Secretary of State as soon as possible?
- We should seek legal counsel first, such as Michael F's friend Jim, or the nonprofit-specific lawyers associated with Springboard for the Arts.
- AFTER legal consultation and possibly making recommended changes to the Articles and Bylaws, THEN file documents

Dues
- Dues Schedule proposed -- passed unanimously
- we will start collecting dues on July 1 (already passed, sorry - Theo) but more practically at the first business meeting in July, which will be on the 8th, and we'll need to be able to issue receipts!

Clothesline Race-O-Rama brainstorming
- Similar to a Cub-Scout-style Pinewood Derby, except with little zip-line runners instead of little cars
- Have a private, TCM-only proof-of-concept race first, to iron out rules & details
- Have the small-scale race at Theo's house, off the second-story deck to the back fence? (PLEASE NOTE -- it is now doubtful, though not entirely out of the question, that I'd be able to host an event like this - Theo)
- Explore options at public parks (city, state, etc.) like Minnehaha or Hidden Falls
- a Saturday afternoon would be good
- hold a Swap Meet at the same time??

Potluck group event
- to take place in late July
- check with Jim (darus67, not present)

Marvelous work, Theo! Thanks much, esp. for the bylaws on the wiki. Also previously, meeting minutes were posted on the wiki. We need not duplicate work, so I think we can just put a link there to posts in the forum which have recorded recent meetings. I can tend to this if you don't have time. If you have another suggestion, please reply.

Awesome looks like things are progressing even though the forum here has been rather quiet.

This afternoon I put all of the recent meeting minutes into Google documents and formatted according to a provided template.

They can be accessed from our wiki meetings page:

I did a little rearranging of content to fit the template, as best I could, and hardly any editing of text.

In the future we can refer to these documents for structure.
