-approve by-laws. (the draft was unanimously approved at the makeup meeting over the weekend; please see that thread for discussion, we need to have any changes ironed in advance.)

-elect officers (we can't do this until we have by-laws but after that we're pretty well golden for being able to do things like be a legal entity, and open a bank account)

reports from committees? (we covered a lot ad hoc at the weekend meeting.)
