Can I ask why it's not a 3 phase disconnect? It is a 3 phase welder right?

Actually iirc it is single phase.

yep, its single phase. I have the proper GE switch in my truck now. the only thing left to do is wire it up. And I heard that we may need to install a better ground. (Jude, can you elaborate if that is correct?)
