So this might be a bit off-topic overall, but I figured I'd ask here....
Anyone know where I could find a small, cheap router table with fence? Cheap as in free to $20. I've checked craigslist, freecycle, and sales flyers for the big box guys.
I have a 1HP Craftsman router with (what looked like) a standard mounting ring, inherited.

CDX project sheet, several 2x4 remnants from the menards scrap bin, decking screws. you'll want to buy an insert and possibly some steel angle for mounting if t-nuts aren't going to work out.

steel angle stock as backer for b/c ply with an opening, mounted to t-nuts in the deck and wing bolts through slots in the steel. for ease of adjustment.
do a google search for router table diy and you will get a bazillion different variations like this one: example1
I'd make the fence as described with a masonite face, very dense tends to live longer.
