Way back when I showed off some of the USS Nokomis' handiwork via photos on an iPhone. If you're curious and want to take a look in person, some of it will be on display this weekend.

If you haven't heard there's this movie opening Thursday... We will have a portion of our classic Trek briefing room set, along with a transporter, set up in the lobby of the Cinemagic Atlantis 15 theatre in Burnsville. Shows start at 7pm on Thursday night. Club members will be there Thursday night; the display itself will remain onsite until Sunday morning, when we break it all down and haul it back to Stillwater for storage.

I worked in Burnsville for years, and I didn't know they even had a theater back there anymore. Is it new? I know there's been a lot of new construction behind the mall.

It 's pretty new, I think it opened last summer. I haven't been down there yet, apparently it's quite the place.
