I think a cold smoker is going to be next up on my AMC post.

Mmmm, bacon... I bought a copy of Charcuterie a couple months ago, and this is something I definitely want to try this summer. Plus a lot of the sausage recipies, and I think I've seen a pastrami howto somewhere or other...

Homemade bacon + homemade brats + homebrew = happy bloaty makers

Lucky for me, I'd never ever consider attempting homemade brats.

My favorites are the jalapeno cheddar and the wild rice brats. The chicken cordon bleu brat is pretty tasty too
