Agreed. That was me; I activated a couple early on in the flood because it wasn't looking too suspicious yet. I just nuked the last two suspicious users that I activated.

I think Discount Steel usually has miscellaneous offcuts laying around that they'll sell to you, so you can avoid paying their cutting fee for small pieces.
